We are the Gazprom Neft IT Operations team, the unified IT infrastructure operator for companies within Gazprom Neft. We are a team that ensures the uninterrupted operation of industrial and corporate systems with tens of thousands of active users daily. We are changing the approach to familiar processes and building a technical support system where assistance is provided within minutes. We need specialists who will continue to create sophisticated invisible services with us.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing IT project infrastructure (web applications, monitoring, log aggregation, packaged products, and integration solutions).
- Providing support and development for automation tools.
- Working with monitoring systems, inventory, and configuration management.
- Participating in the development of service support systems.
- Supporting RedOS and Astra Server.
We expect you to have:
- Higher education, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (from 3rd year onwards).
- Basic understanding of DevOps principles.
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems (administration, command line).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Experience with the TCP/IP protocol suite (HTTP, DNS, TCP, UDP).
- Willingness to work in the office.
