**🔥 What you’ll be doing: **• In-depth analytical research and hypothesis testing • Leading the analytics team, mentoring, and one-to-one sessions • Supporting A/B testing and prioritising tasks • Building a backlog of hypotheses and optimising funnels • Forming strategic partnerships with product teams

**⚡️ What’s important: **• Experience managing an analytics team • Ability to identify areas for product growth and make data-driven decisions • Advanced experience using AI tools in your work • Experience optimising systems and funnels • Ability to set up A/B testing processes • Proactive and self-motivated
