The team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to work in the area of payment system development.

We expect the candidate to propose new approaches, actively ask questions, and help the team find optimal solutions.

📌Responsibilities: • Monitoring key payment and product metrics: approval rate, success rate, deposit funnel CR, deposit and withdrawal processing speed, share of successful transactions on the first attempt • Analysis of the deposit and withdrawal payment funnel: identifying loss stages, reasons for refusal, stuck transactions, and repeated unsuccessful attempts • Improving the user journey in payment scenarios: simplifying deposits and withdrawals, improving the display of methods, statuses, errors, and tips • Analysis of the effectiveness of payment methods and providers by country, currency, user segments, fees, processing speed, and success rate • Participation in the development of payment methods in local markets: cards, bank transfer, mobile money, e-wallets, crypto, vouchers, and other local methods • Participation in the selection, evaluation, and prioritization of payment providers in collaboration with payment, finance, analytics, and technical teams • Preparation and verification of product hypotheses aimed at increasing deposit activity, first deposit amount, average deposit, repeat deposits, and the share of successful transactions • Participation in the launch and analysis of A/B tests and growth initiatives in the payment funnel. • Monitoring the stability of payment systems: identifying drops in success rate, increase in errors, delays, problems with specific methods or providers • Participation in payment incident investigation and coordination of communication between product, technical teams, payment managers, analysts, support, antifraud, and providers • Participation in setting limits, restrictions, and rules for deposits and withdrawals in conjunction with the antifraud team • Preparation of analytical materials, conclusions, and proposals for improving the payment user experience and business indicators

📌What we expect: • SQL skills will be an advantage • Confident command of Excel / Google Sheets • Experience with task management and documentation tools: Jira / YouTrack, Confluence, Miro
