Product Owner / Product Manager

Vacancy: Product Owner / Product Manager Level: Senior Location: Limassol / Larnaca, Cyprus. Work Format: Hybrid — 3 days a week in the office. Remote format is also considered Salary: Negotiable

🔸Your responsibilities: – Full responsibility for the product backlog — from idea to analysis of results after release – Prioritizing features based on data and measurable impact – Developing experiments, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing results – Practical work with trading mechanisms: leverage, margin, stop-out, execution, and expiration dates – Forming a roadmap for regulated and offshore environments

🔸What's important: – Must: 3+ years of experience as a PO/PM in trading – Deep understanding of high-risk trading instruments and their mechanisms – Experience working with user funds and financial products – Ability to independently analyze product data using SQL or business analytics tools – Practical experience in A/B testing and a strong data-driven orientation – Fluent in Russian and English at B2+ level

🔸Will be a plus: – Experience with MT5 or proprietary trading platforms – Experience in a regulated environment – Experience launching a new product or financial instrument from scratch
