Senior Product Owner

🚀 International fintech holding Quadcode is looking for a Senior Product Owner for our trading product line to help us build the trading terminal and toolset spanning options, CFD, FX, equities, and crypto.

🔥 What you’ll be doing: • Own the direction's backlog end-to-end — from idea through post-release analysis • Prioritize by numbers: a feature without a metric doesn't make it into the backlog • Design experiments and analyze results, including the ones that don't work out • Work hands-on with the domain: leverage, margin, stop-out, expirations, execution

⚡️ What’s important: • 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in trading, brokerage, or fintech handling user funds • Deep understanding of high risk instrument mechanics, not just the interface layer • Comfortable pulling and analyzing data independently — SQL or confident BI tool usage • Hands-on experience running A/B tests, with a clear grasp of the difference between "shipped" and "worked" • Fluent in Russian and B2+ English

⭐ Nice to have: • Experience with MT5 or a proprietary trading platform • Experience working under a regulator • Track record of launching a product/instrument from zero
