Hello everyone!
We are looking for a strong leader for our operations team at Uzum Tezkor – someone who is not just interested in managing operations, but also in developing a large and rapidly growing service together with the team.
At Uzum Tezkor, something is always happening: we are growing ~x2 YoY, launching new directions (Retail, Last Mile, Pharma), developing ops-tech algorithms, and looking for new ways to make the service more convenient for our users. Therefore, it will definitely not be possible to just "maintain what is already working" here 🙂
The scope of responsibility includes many different areas:
– service monitoring and quality, working with operational metrics and the product; – planning of courier shifts and increasing their efficiency; – development and modernization of courier equipment; – management of courier hubs and all related infrastructure; – operational procurement and budget management; – service development in the regions, order growth, and launch of new directions.
