⌨️Candidate Requirements:

• Citizenship and location in the Russian Federation
• Higher mathematical/physical/engineering education from leading universities in the country
• Experience in ML/AI in technology companies (Yandex, T-Bank, Ozon, Avito, …)
• Knowledge of how LLMs work, their capabilities and limitations
• Practical experience in creating classic ML models
• Solid knowledge of Python
• Excellent SQL knowledge
• Willingness to come to the Moscow office at metro station Kutuzovskaya (not necessarily full week)
• Experience in fine-tuning LLM models
• Understanding of probability theory and mathematical statistics
• Ability to figure out why a data query is slow and what to do to make it fast
