An international B2B aggregator of payment providers is expanding its client acquisition team and is looking for a specialist who will take full responsibility for the cold outreach process on LinkedIn – from purchasing and warming up accounts to handing over qualified leads to the sales department.

What you will be doing ▫️ Simultaneously manage 10+ LinkedIn accounts ▫️ Automate mailings and connections (the choice of tools is up to the specialist) ▫️ Segment target audiences, write and test message copy in English ▫️ Closely interact with the sales department: hand over warm leads, agree on qualification criteria, receive feedback on quality, and adjust outreach ▫️ Set up and maintain automatic lead export to CRM ▫️ Track funnel analytics ▫️ Propose and implement scaling ideas

▪️What is important to us ▫️ Experience in cold outreach via LinkedIn in international B2B markets, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments ▫️ Verified case studies of working with multiple accounts simultaneously – with specific figures on volumes, conversions, and lead cost ▫️ English language proficiency at B2 level or higher – mandatory. All correspondence with leads, message copy, and communication with potential clients are conducted in English ▫️ Analytical approach: ability to work with numbers, formulate hypotheses, test, and scale working strategies ▫️ Independence and ability to build a process from scratch, without the need for constant supervision

▪️Will be an advantage ▫️ Experience in banking services ▫️ Skills in working with database enrichment tools ▫️ Understanding of CRM systems at the level of setting up funnels and automations
