Python Developer for AI Projects in Design and Editing at Yandex Crowd

One of our goals is to automate routine processes in the work of crowdsource performers. We are creating copilots for editors, designers, localizers, and are also integrating generative technologies directly into order platforms.

We are looking for a Python developer who will go through the journey from creating an MVP to implementing a full-fledged product using GenAI technologies, dive into a startup mode, work with top models, and come up with the best versions of architectures.

What tasks await you

Research and implement cutting-edge technologies You will experiment with the latest GenAI models (LLM, VLM, Diffusion, etc.), frameworks for agent systems, and new approaches to automating design and editing tasks.

Design and develop microservices You will create reliable, scalable services with clear APIs, logging, and monitoring, optimize performance and cost.

Work in a product team You will need to formulate hypotheses together with analysts and customers, prioritize tasks, launch pilots, collect feedback, and improve solutions.

We expect that you

• Confidently develop server applications in Python
• Have skills in working with containers, orchestrators, and CI/CD
• Have worked with GenAI APIs: YandexGPT, OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok
• Have integrated LLMs into products: worked with prompt engineering, RAG, tool use and agents, MCP-level protocols
• Apply a product approach: can formulate goals, test hypotheses, and think about the target process
• Think critically: compare options and choose the optimal one based on data, risks, and cost

It will be a plus

• Have set up fine-tuning pipelines, quality evaluation, guardrails, and safe generation
• Have knowledge in the field of vector databases, embeddings, approaches to caching and cost control
