Uzum Market is a marketplace with a wide assortment and fast delivery that has become part of the daily life of most Uzbekistan citizens. We are developing our own logistics infrastructure throughout the country, creating new opportunities for entrepreneurs and their clients.
What you will be doing:
- Testing Backend: Rest, GraphQL, migrations, and rollbacks
- Testing Web and mobile applications: feature behavior, SSR, analytics, updates, usability, cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility
- Interacting with Kafka, Redis, Kibana, DB, and tracing
- Participating in task grooming: discussing requirements, test design, architecture
- Writing autotests for one of the platforms: Backend, Mobile, Web
- Collaborating with the team to improve quality, processes, implement shift-left, and resolve incidents
- Mentoring less experienced QA engineers and new colleagues
What is important to us:
- At least 3 years of testing experience in a product team
- Experience writing autotests in Java
- Expertise in testing one of the platforms: Backend/Web/Mobile. Willingness to test a platform new to you
- Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Postman/Proxyman, DevTools
- Experience with Firebase, Charles, Android Studio, Xcode
- Experience with Jaeger, Zipkin, Datadog
- Skills in investigating bugs/incidents. Ability to find the root cause
- Basic skills in reading developer code

- Experience working in product companies
- Background in fintech, e-commerce, or rapidly growing startups
