SOLUTION ARCHITECT

DOM.RF employs over 9,000 people, more than 1,500 of whom are part of the digital vertical team. The IT team is leading the digital transformation of the construction industry across Russia and creating innovative IT products for people, businesses, and the state.

Responsibilities:

• Designing the target and transitional architecture for the Mortgage stream. • Participating in the development, scaling, and support of current solutions with a focus on reliability and extensibility. • Interacting with development teams, architects of other domains, and stakeholders. • Updating architectural documentation, conducting technical assessments, architectural demos, and meetups.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in the role of Solution/Software/System Architect or Tech Lead with architectural responsibility. • Experience in designing high-load and fault-tolerant systems (desirable: >1 million users, 500+ RPS, SLA 99.9%+). • Deep understanding of microservice architecture, principles of modularity, API-oriented integration, and scaling strategies. • Knowledge of BPMN and ArchiMate notations for documenting processes and architectural solutions. • Experience with architectural reviews, architectural supervision, and management of technical debt.

Will be a plus:

• Skills in rapid prototyping and PoC development, conducting R&D to validate architectural hypotheses.
