Company PuninWine is the leading alcohol distributor in Cyprus and the most popular wine boutique in Limassol, operating since 2012. We are looking for an initiative-taking and strategically thinking Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the development of marketing activities in the Wine & Spirits segment. This role offers an opportunity to shape and implement brand marketing strategies, develop sales through B2B, offline, and online channels, strengthen the company's market position, and create effective tools for interaction with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy, planning of activities and budget
• Digital marketing management: SMM, content, advertising campaigns, and digital channels
• Brand development: positioning, corporate identity, marketing materials
• Organization of tastings, client events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities
• B2B marketing development, launch of joint projects with partners and suppliers
• Coordination of contractor work and control of advertising material production
• Analysis of marketing campaign effectiveness, sales, and report preparation

Requirements:

• Marketing experience of 3+ years
• Experience with FMCG brands; experience in the Wine & Spirits category will be an advantage
• Practical experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies in B2B and retail segments
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing)
• Experience with CRM systems, analytical platforms, and marketing effectiveness evaluation tools
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• English proficiency sufficient for business communication
