We are building a boutique in-house marketing division operating as an international agency and are looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to build and lead the team. The role combines strategy, operations, and marketing leadership.

Our services: • Branding & visual identity • Website strategy & development • Social media management • Performance marketing (Paid Social & Google Ads) • SEO • Marketing video production

Responsibilities: • Build and structure the marketing team • Manage delivery of client marketing projects • Oversee branding, performance marketing, and digital strategy • Coordinate outsourced teams (design, web development) • Develop scalable marketing processes and service standards • Ensure project profitability and high delivery quality • Work closely with the founder on marketing strategy

Requirements: • 5+ years in digital marketing • 3+ years in leadership roles • Experience working with multiple client accounts • Strong understanding of performance marketing and branding • Experience working with outsourced teams • Strategic and operational mindset
