MTS Bank is one of the key areas of the MTS ecosystem.
We use modern digital solutions and develop technologically advanced banking services accessible to everyone.
The team is involved in financial and management reporting. The main task is working with the data warehouse (DWH), building financial results, calculations, and reports. The key subject area is financial accounting in a bank (accounting accounts, entries, localization). The current stack is Oracle, with plans to transition to modern tools (Spark, Airflow).
You will be:
- interacting with business customers on collecting, analyzing, and formalizing data requirements for mandatory reporting
- selecting system solutions to ensure completeness, availability, and quality of necessary data
- documenting, systematizing, and unifying data marts and analytical reports. Building logical data models, descriptions of reporting indicators
- interacting with the data warehouse development team and providing analytical support for the development process
- participating in testing and acceptance of finished functionality
What is important to us:
- understanding the architecture and principles of data warehouses and analytical systems
- understanding the main tasks and principles of data management
- experience in developing or business analysis of data marts and reports based on a data warehouse
- experience in developing documentation (FSD, data model, indicator calculation methodologies)
- experience in building effective communication, conducting meetings, identifying and formulating business and technical requirements
- knowledge of SQL at the level of writing basic queries (preferably Oracle DBMS), advanced knowledge of Excel
- experience with BI tools at the analyst/developer level (preferably MS Power BI)
