📋 Project: Large state information systems on 1C-Bitrix. Architectural modernization, performance optimization, integration with government services.

📋 Responsibilities: — Architectural design on 1C-Bitrix — Development of custom modules and components in PHP 8.1+ — Design and optimization of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) — Integration with external APIs and government systems — Refactoring and performance optimization — Tech Lead: code review, mentoring

📋 Requirements: — IT experience from 5 years (3+ years on Bitrix) — Experience on government projects — mandatory — Expert knowledge of PHP 8.1+ and 1C-Bitrix (core, D7, ORM, composite, caching) — Experience in developing custom modules and integrations — Knowledge of SQL, OOP principles, SOLID, patterns — Experience in code review and architectural control

➕ Will be a plus: — Python / Java / Go — Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD — Integrations with SMEV, ESIA, EP
