☑️ Our requirements for candidates -Must have at least 5 years of experience in preparing analytical reports on quantitative and qualitative marketing research, preferably in a full-cycle marketing research agency. (STRICTLY mandatory) -Must be prepared to provide de-branded examples of completed reports -Must possess skills in processing survey data (both semi-structured – in GI format, and questionnaire-based – CAWI, CATI, F2F) and visualizing their results -Must have an analytical mindset, be result-oriented, possess internal organization and communication skills -Must have masterful command of Excel (pivot tables, functions for working with data arrays, dashboards, etc.) and Power Point -Must be able to work with data processing programs (SPSS, etc.), conduct complex types of analysis (correlation, factor, cluster, etc.) -Must independently search for missing information, analyze marketing research briefs, and propose solutions to fulfill their tasks -Must possess skills in conducting desk research, have a good command of logical presentation of textual information and the style of the Russian language -Knowledge of Power BI will be your advantage -Must demonstrate flexibility of thinking, the ability to find different solutions to problems -Must be able to work in a team
