FullStack Developer (React, NestJS)

What will you be doing?
- Developing and designing high-quality frontend with a mobile-first approach.
- Creating applications based on PWA and participating in the development of this direction.
- Working closely with Backend and QA, ensuring stable releases.
- Refactoring existing modules, improving code structure and quality.
- Proposing and implementing improvements that impact the product and conversion.
- Optimizing applications for speed, stability, and user convenience.
What we expect from you?
Mandatory Experience:
- Strong skills in layout, structuring, and interface design.
- Excellent understanding of JavaScript (TypeScript) and modern development approaches.
- Confident command of React, SCSS, Vite, PWA, and libraries from our stack.
- Experience in optimizing web application performance.
- Practice working with state management, preferably Effector.
- Ability to work in a product environment and understand the impact of the interface on metrics.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a React Developer.
- Active use of AI tools to accelerate the development process and improve execution quality.
- Basic understanding and ability to work with backend on NestJS. The position implies partial involvement (~1/10) in the backend area. This is necessary for cross-team tasks. Such tasks will always undergo manual/semi-manual code review by the backend lead.
Will be a plus:
- Analytical approach, curiosity, desire to experiment.
- Ability to communicate and discuss solutions within the team.
- English — a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to build complex AI pipelines.
