We are looking for a Python developer to join the AI agents development team.
Responsibilities
- Designing business process automation schemes using AI/ML technologies;
- Developing and supporting AI agents, services, and applications for working with AI models and multi-agent systems;
- Integrating AI solutions into the organization's services.
- Testing and evaluating the quality of system performance based on stability and reproducibility criteria;
- Optimizing the performance of models and services;
- Technical documentation of work results.
Requirements
- Commercial Python development experience of 3+ years;
- Experience with LangChain, FastAPI / Flask libraries;
- Experience in creating ML services, working with GenAI;
- Understanding the specifics of working with LLMs;
- Understanding the principles of working with RAG;
- Experience with vector databases;
- Understanding and experience using MCP.
Plus
- Understanding of agent interaction protocols A2A, ACP, AP2;
- Knowledge of Ruby on Rails;
- Experience in setting up monitoring and logging systems.
