We are developing a system that automates the entire lifecycle of an investment deal. Our teams are working on the following areas:

• Algorithmic search for potential deals and clients
• Management of the investment deal closing process
• Financial calculations and portfolio valuation
• Building financial and management reporting for Sber's investment portfolio
• Investment services for companies – our clients

Our legal entity investment platform at Sber is a unique development in the Russian market for issuing and supporting investment financing for legal entities. Such deals are of great importance for the Russian economy and are covered in the news.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing development and support processes (Jira, CI/CD, code review, documentation, etc.) and identify opportunities for automation;
• Design and implement services/scripts that:
  • interact via API with other automated systems (task trackers, CI/CD, SCM, CMDB, monitoring, HR/financial systems, etc.);
  • perform sequences of actions according to specified algorithms (workflow/orchestration);
  • use LLMs for text generation/processing, content analysis, decision-making;
  • use agent elements (planning, task decomposition, iterative work with feedback).
• Integrate LLMs into existing processes:
  • provide hints for developers/reviewers;
  • automate the preparation of documentation/task descriptions;
  • analyze logs, incidents, pull/merge requests, etc.
• Develop and support APIs/CLIs/bots (e.g., in corporate messengers) for convenient access to automation for teams;
• Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting for developed solutions;
• Document implemented automations (architecture, integration protocols, SLA, limitations);
• Participate in the selection and testing of new tools/models (LLMs, agent frameworks, workflow engines, etc.).

Requirements

• Ability to independently structure a task based on business needs and find the necessary information on APIs/connections to automated systems;
• 3+ years of development experience with Python;
• Experience with fastapi, pydantic, aiohttp, alembic, SQLAlchemy, langchain, langgraph;
• Experience in developing integrations via REST/gRPC API:
  • authentication/authorization (OAuth2, tokens, JWT);
  • working with JSON/YAML, pagination, retries, rate limiting.
• Understanding of software development processes and DevOps practices:
  • Git, code review, branching;
  • basic knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) at the level of:
  • designing simple schemas;
  • reading/writing data, migrations.
• Basic understanding of LLMs:
  • what are prompts, context, tokens;
  • experience using APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Qwen, etc.) or open-source models via HTTP/gRPC.
• Ability to formalize processes:
  • describe action algorithms;
  • break down "verbal" requirements into clear steps and conditions.
• Accuracy in code and documentation, ability to maintain and develop existing solutions.
