🏢 About the client: Large retailer in the CIS (direct request) 🧩 About the project: Reporting Product (IFRS) / Closing + Management Accounting (FP&A) + BI_Finance with functionality for period closing, reporting (NSBU, statistical, IFRS), cost accounting, reserves, financial planning, budgeting, analysis and analytical dashboards.
🎯 Tasks — Interaction with the Customer, product analysis, description of business processes as is – to be — Formation, together with the business customer, of functional/technical requirements for assigning tasks to developers — Maintaining the backlog of Initiatives for products, prioritization taking into account efficiency/scalability of the network/legal requirements — Participation in FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), acceptance of results — Coordination with SAP integrator/vendor, participation in implementation projects — Development of a unified data model from IFRS closing to management reporting and dashboards — Understanding the interrelation of three types of reporting — Support for the budgeting process — Dashboard development
🛠️ Requirements Hard Skills — SAP user experience — Understanding of IFRS standards and management accounting setup — Understanding of end-to-end data transformation "regulatory -> management accounting" — Skills in working with BI tools (Power BI/SAP Analytics Cloud) — Experience in budgeting and plan-fact analysis — Experience working as a business analyst/product manager: requirements gathering, writing functional/technical specifications, backlog prioritization — Understanding of management accounting reporting collection processes
➕ Will be a plus — Experience in retail — Professional education: finance/accounting + additional IT education, or vice versa — Experience participating in SAP rollouts/system scaling — Working with Asana/Jira/Confluence — Experience working with budgeting/planning/financial analysis systems
