We invite a Team Lead Java to join a fintech company in Uzbekistan (office-based format, remote work is not available)

Experience preferences:

• 5+ years of commercial development in Java • 1–2 years of experience leading a development team • Confident knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate • Experience working with Postgres or Oracle DB • Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito • Linux skills • Understanding of OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns • Willingness to relocate to Tashkent (work in the office, remote work is not available)

Responsibilities:

• Development and support of the current application • Development of unit and integration tests for new and existing functionality • Participation in software deployment • Participation in training and development of developers in the department • Designing architecture for complex tasks • Code review
