Examples of Projects from Past Programs
Program participants created services to simplify the lives of employees and clients
As part of the internship, new functionality was developed for the debit product issuance processes, such as “Junior”, “Joint Accounts”, and “Additional Cards”.
- In the “Joint Accounts” project, we implemented new customer scoring rules (checking for fraud and the number of joint accounts opened) and added the sending of refusal events to the Notification Center for sending instant push and SMS notifications to the user. By doing this, we reduced the likelihood of fraudsters opening the product.
- In the “Junior” project, we radically redesigned the search scheme for a parent's debit card for a child for whom the product is being opened. This included switching to asynchronous interaction with the debit process to obtain information about an existing parent card or to send an event to open a card for the parent. This reduced the number of errors and incidents that occurred during synchronous interaction.
- As part of the “Additional Cards” project, we expanded the additional card model by adding new fields. Thanks to the new fields, it was possible to significantly adjust and expand the business logic in the process of issuing this product.
Developed additional functionality for a service that issues offers for a client's meeting with a representative online.
- Added configurable filter settings for each offer type
- Developed a microservice for temporary storage of client data from meetings with a representative, covered with unit tests
- Masked sensitive log data (passwords, logins, tokens)
Developed a service where you need to fill out a form — and it automatically generates the necessary document package for obtaining a visa.
- Redesigned the structure, added new fields to the form
- Implemented auto-filling of fields and automatic PDF generation in the backend. The backend was covered with unit tests

How to Pass the Selection
- Submit your application. Fill out the form below by September 6th inclusive and register on the T-Education platform to take the entrance tests
- Solve the exam from August 31st to September 6th inclusive. Selection for the program includes several stages: a programming exam and a test on the fundamentals of the field.
- Pass an interview with one or more teams
- Start the internship in the Fall of 2026
