IT Specialist / AI Developer

Our training center is looking for an IT specialist who will develop the digital projects of the training center and implement modern solutions using AI tools.

Main tasks: • development of websites, web applications, IOS/Android applications, Telegram bots, and internal services; • automation of work processes; • connecting APIs, databases, and various services; • support and improvement of existing projects; • searching for and fixing errors in the code;

We do not require the specialist to write all the code from scratch independently. The company will provide the necessary paid subscriptions to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools.

However, the candidate must understand: • the basics of programming; • how frontend, backend, API, and databases are connected; • how to check, fix, and run generated code; • how to find the causes of errors; • how to correctly organize and develop a project.

It is important to have experience with Python, JavaScript, GitHub and Git, REST API and integrations, APIs, PostgreSQL, MySQL or other databases, hosting, no-code, and low-code tools.

What we expect: • Practical experience with modern AI tools • Understanding of prompt engineering principles • Good understanding of software development, UI/UX • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations • Ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated results • English language: B1+ level

Conditions: • salary — from 4,000,000 to 10,000,000 UZS; • necessary paid AI tools at the company's expense; • comfortable office in the center of Tashkent (m. Abdulla Kadiri); • work schedule — 6/1, from 14:00 to 20:00.
