🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, and traffic partners.

🌍 Actively recruit new local partners to expand the company’s presence in the target markets.

📈 Manage and grow your affiliate portfolio, ensuring long-term cooperation and partner motivation.

📊 Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

🚀 Leverage your own network and database of local contacts to achieve fast and measurable results.

✅ Requirements

✔️ Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or Business Development Manager in the iGaming industry.

✔️ Existing network and active database of webmasters, affiliates, and traffic partners.

✔️ Strong understanding of affiliate acquisition, onboarding, retention, and performance optimization.

✔️ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

✔️ Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance.

✔️ Fluent English (spoken and written) for reporting and daily communication.
