ML Engineer (LLM / RAG)

🚀 About the project

We are Digital Biz Factory, a team of fintech experts. We are currently looking for an ML Engineer who will build and develop a RAG system: from architecture to production.

⚡️ Responsibilities

— Build an API layer for dynamic work with LLM — Integrate LiteLLM / vLLM (cloud + on-prem) — Configure CI/CD (GitLab), scalability, and fault tolerance — Set up monitoring (Langfuse, Grafana) — Select and implement vector databases — Write document parsers (Python) — Implement hybrid search + reranking — Configure RAG for different scenarios — Work with LLM agents — Create datasets for evaluation and monitoring — Fine-tune models

🧠 What's important

— Python (PyTorch, pandas, numpy) — Practical experience with LLM and RAG — Understanding of neural network architecture — Experience with API / JSON — Linux + Docker — ML system optimization — Git

➕ Will be a plus

— PostgreSQL / SQL — Experience with legacy — Go — Understanding of backend architecture
