Content Lead Wanted

Our team is looking for a strong Team Lead for the content department. We need a strong leader who can optimize the team's work and improve performance.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Managing a team of content managers, organizing and controlling the department's work; ▫️Developing, optimizing, and implementing content strategy; ▫️Constantly analyzing engagement and adjusting the content plan based on audience response.

▪️We expect from the candidate: ▫️At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; ▫️Practical understanding of ROMI, conversion, and other key performance indicators for content campaigns; ▫️Successful experience in team management, development, and coordination of its work; ▫️Experience with multi-geo (LATAM - advantage); ▫️Experience in developing and implementing content strategies for promotion verticals, binary options (Forex - will be a plus).
