Sputnik is a product IT company that creates a digital ecosystem for home life.

We operate in the markets of Russia, Europe, and the CIS, develop products in 12 countries, and continue to grow.

Our key product is the mobile application “Our Home,” which combines access, security, payments, and communications in a single interface.

In the app:

— access management (intercom, boom barrier, digital keys)

— security (cameras, events, notifications)

— payments (utilities and services)

— communications (chats and announcements)

The main entry point is a smart intercom, around which the entire ecosystem is built.

We are actively integrating neural networks into the product and internal processes — from processing video streams and user requests to accelerating development and analytics.

And we are implementing joint projects with market leaders — for example, integrating Yandex’s Alice into our application.

Who are we looking for?

• Commercial development experience in Ruby (RoR)
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL
• Ability to write maintainable code and be responsible for quality in production
• Active use of AI tools (Cursor/Claude Code/IDE assistants/ChatGPT, etc.) — as a familiar work tool
• Experience with Kubernetes/containerization — a plus
