Looking for an AI-native Product Lead / Product Director to launch large-scale AI products in the UAE.

Who we are looking for: An AI-native product leader / product director with a strong hands-on approach, who can not only manage but also deeply understand the product, AI/dev pipeline, UX/UI, and integrations.

What is important:

• experience launching and integrating large-scale AI / data / enterprise products;
• experience working with government, public sector, enterprise, defense, smart city, or similar complex domains;
• understanding of LLM / GenAI / AI agents / data platforms;
• experience bringing products to production, not just PoC;
• managing product and engineering teams of 15+ people;
• strong UX/UI skills and extensive experience with web / mobile interfaces;
• ability to independently assemble a high-quality production-ready prototype in Cursor / Claude / Figma / React within 7-14 days;
• excellent English and negotiation experience with C-level executives, corporate leaders, or government structures;
• high speed, systematic approach, stress resistance, and ownership.
