🎮We are looking for a Lead to head the AI video department and build a production process based on ComfyUI, prioritizing open-source visual content generation models, utilizing all available resources to achieve maximum quality, and resorting to commercial models only in exceptional cases.
🔧️️️️️Responsibilities: — Lead AI artists: assign tasks, develop the team, and be responsible for the quality of videos and assets for creatives. — Independently create turn-key videos: analyze technical specifications, plan shots, generate video, edit, and process the result. Develop effective approaches based on practical cases and train the team on them. — Set up and optimize video generation pipelines, ensure consistency of characters and visual style, reduce iterations and production timelines. — Work in accordance with specific client policies on AI usage, considering differences in permissible application scenarios. — Improve and automate other content production stages:
📇What we expect from you: — Practical experience with open models in ComfyUI: pipeline setup and optimization, LoRA training and application, creation of custom workflows and nodes for specific tasks. — Experience in full-cycle AI video creation (from technical specifications to finished product), using advanced commercial models such as Kling, Seedance, Veo, or their equivalents. Portfolio with a description of your role in the projects. — Ability to find practical applications for ComfyUI at different production stages: from script development and transfer to production to the creation of static and 3D assets, video generation, and the work of motion designers. It is important to understand which processes can be accelerated or improved with ComfyUI and how to integrate these solutions into the team's workflow. — Solid programming skills and experience in developing production tools: automation of concept and script transfer, optimization of generation and creative assembly pipelines, creation of scripts and tools for Blender, After Effects, or playable ads. — Editing mindset, confident proficiency with video editors, and understanding of motion design and compositing basics: tracking, working with masks, and post-processing. — Ability to work with diverse styles: from realistic UGC and live-action videos to stylized and cartoon animation. — Leadership or mentorship experience: ability to define quality criteria and train the team with practical examples.
⭐️A big plus will be: Experience combining shooting and AI production: for example, processing live-action or green screen material using generative models, as well as defining requirements for shooting such material.
