Localization Specialist

We're looking for experienced freelance Localization Specialists to join our team!

Our projects focus on short-form drama content, and we're looking for editors who can go beyond direct translation to create natural, emotionally engaging dialogue for native English-speaking audiences.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in localization, transcreation, or script adaptation
• Familiarity with short-form drama content and Western storytelling conventions
• A strong understanding of character voice, audience expectations, and emotionally driven storytelling
• Interest in genres such as romance, melodrama, comedy, fantasy, thriller, BL, and mature-themed content

The role involves polishing completed script drafts, strengthening character voices and dialogue, and adapting content to resonate with English-speaking viewers while staying true to the original story.

To apply, please send:

• Your resume or relevant experience
• Samples of previous localization work

If you're unable to share previous work due to NDA restrictions, we can provide a short test passage for evaluation.
