Lead BPMSoft Developer (Senior / Middle+)

Vacancy: Lead BPMSoft Developer (Senior / Middle+), Remote, Russian Federation

About the project and work format: We are looking for a strong technical specialist to participate in the development of enterprise solutions based on the BPMSoft platform. The work is fully remote under an agreement with an individual entrepreneur.

Location: Russian Federation only. Status: Must have an active individual entrepreneur status. Schedule: Full-time. Compensation: Hourly rate. Converted to full-time, income ranges from 150,000 to 235,000 rubles before VAT.

Tasks:

• Development of complex business logic and microservices on the BPMSoft platform.
• Designing integration architecture between systems.
• Writing clean code using design patterns.
• Optimizing the performance of high-load system sections.
• Configuring deployment infrastructure (CI/CD) and supporting application web servers.

Candidate Requirements:

Hard Skills (Mandatory):

• Confident experience in commercial development specifically on the BPMSoft platform (not just Creatio/Terrasoft, but understanding BPMsoft specifics).
• Deep knowledge of architectural patterns (GoF, SOLID) and the ability to apply them in a low-code/no-code environment.
• Experience with integration via Web requests: designing REST API contracts and working with SOAP.
• Proficiency in Git (preferably GitLab): branches, MR/PR, conflict resolution.
• Understanding of the BPMSoft application deployment process, configuring IIS/Nginx or other web servers.
• Expert level PostgreSQL: complex JOINs, window functions (OVER), independent analysis of query plans (EXPLAIN ANALYZE), index tuning.
• Practical experience in writing Unit tests to verify business logic.
