Product Analyst / AI tools

We are the MNO GO GAMES team, developing mobile Trivia games. We have been operating since 2014 without investors or excessive bureaucracy.

We are actively expanding our product line: we have launched several games, with scaling and new releases ahead.

Our flagship is QuizzLand: 30+ languages, 100+ million installs, 300k+ DAU, consistently in the top trivia/quiz games worldwide.

We are committed to an AI-first approach, including in product analytics. We already have our own data infrastructure, agents, and tools that help extract answers from data. The next step is to ensure these answers can be confidently relied upon when making product decisions.

We are currently looking for a specialist who can take this system to a new level of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain internal AI tools for product analytics: improve the quality of analytical answers from agents, automate typical research tasks, and build solutions that help obtain reliable data for decision-making;
• Conduct product research, analyze user behavior and A/B test results;
• Develop the system of metrics, reporting, and data quality control.

What's important to us:

• 3+ years of experience in mobile product analytics or data analytics;
• Experience in developing proprietary analytics tools using AI: automations, agents, services, or other data-handling solutions;
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation of analytical processes;
• Knowledge of probability theory, mathematical statistics, and A/B testing methodologies;
• Ability to independently identify problems, find solutions, and see them through to completion.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with ClickHouse;
• Mobile game development.
