As our Customer Success Manager - BEAMON AI (DACH) you will operate at the intersection of law, technology, and customer enablement, with a strong focus on making complex AI-driven functionality understandable, usable, and valuable for self-serve customers.

Your role is pivotal in driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expansion. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, sharp, and motivated professional with a passion for technology adoption. Your responsibilities will include providing data-driven strategic insights, maintaining high operational standards, and collaboratively solving complex business problems.

This is a hands-on AI adoption role that has a strong technical component. Therefore we are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating uncertainty: you will think about adoption strategy, and ROI metrics, but also roll up your sleeves to help our customers accelerate their legal work through the power of AI. We are currently only considering candidates with near-Native proficiency in German. Travel may be required.

THE ROLE

Work proactively with our customers to ensure they are successfully leveraging our products and creating business value with BEAMON AI.
Use analytics and feedback to maintain stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction nurturing accounts for renewals and expansion.
Ensure customer retention and customer satisfaction through increased product adoption and increased usage.
Monitor product usage patterns to proactively identify users who are stuck or at risk of churning
Be hands-on in solving technical issues for your customers
Build relationships with assigned customers and strategically identify opportunity for growth and expansion.
Be the customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and collaborating with the Product team to improve our product.
Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.
Travel to meet our customers or to join or speak at international events and conferences.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVE

Native German speaker
Highly fluent English speaker
B.Sc ./ M.Sc ./MBA degree in business, law, computer science or a related field.
Experience/touchpoints in the legal or legal tech industry.
Ability to stay calm, patient, and empathetic when assisting customers.
You have strong communication skills to explain technical issues and resolutions to both engineering and non - technical stakeholders.
You are effective at working cross - functionally in a high - trust environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
You leverage AI in your daily work.

NICE-TO-HAVE

Experienced in customer support, success, or enablement in legal tech
Experience with rolling out AI software and stewarding AI adoption.
Proficiency with adoption and product analytics tools such as Userpilot or Pendo.
Background in conducting webinars or training sessions
Start-up and remote work experience
