Pet Travel Manager
Remote.
We are launching a new pet transportation agency and are looking for someone to take charge of organizing international pet relocations from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing international pet transportation: preparing documents, coordinating with airlines, veterinary services, and customs authorities
- Consulting clients on the requirements of destination countries, including quarantine rules and import specifics
- Managing the entire process from the client's initial inquiry to the pet's successful arrival at the destination
- Building relationships with partners: airlines, veterinary clinics, customs brokers
- Participating in building the agency's processes and work standards from scratch
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 6 months of experience in a Pet Travel agency - strictly required
- Understanding of international animal transportation requirements (IPATA, specific airline and country requirements)
- Attention to detail when working with documents – an error can cost the client their trip
- Readiness to work in a business starting from scratch, independence, and proactivity
- Knowledge of the specifics of Pet Travel in the UAE will be a significant advantage
