Responsibilities
- advise clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
- sell banking products and services
- educate clients on using Sber services and products
- perform cash transactions: receiving, dispensing, exchanging money.
Requirements
- have a secondary education or higher
- are friendly and willing to help clients
- actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- are ready to use artificial intelligence in daily work (company-funded training — they have their own courses).
