Responsibilities
- consult clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
- sell banking products and services
- train clients on how to use Sber's services and products
- perform cash operations: cash acceptance, withdrawal, and exchange.
Requirements
- secondary education or higher
- friendly and willing to help clients
- actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- willing to use artificial intelligence in daily work (company-funded training — has its own courses).
