Your experience and skills: ● Over 3 years of experience in development, hospitality, or premium residential real estate; ● Experience in launching and developing residential and mixed-use products at the "pre-official sales" and "concept presentation" stages; ● Deep understanding of layout solutions, interiors, and customer scenarios; ● Understanding of real estate product economics; ● Ability to translate brand positioning into specific product solutions; ● Experience in effective interaction with architectural bureaus and contractors; ● Fluent English for communication with international teams; ● Impeccable taste combined with pragmatic commercial thinking. ● Will be an advantage: Understanding of hotel business and management specifics, as the project includes hotel infrastructure and is managed by a hotel operator;

Experience in development companies in Phuket or Southeast Asia.
