System Administrator

A modern financial technology company is looking for a System Administrator to be responsible for the stable operation of the IT infrastructure, protection of corporate data, and ensuring a high level of information security.

Key Responsibilities: • Administration of Windows Server and Windows workstations. • Management of Active Directory (accounts, groups, access rights). • Configuration and support of the local network (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). • Control and segmentation of user access rights. • Ensuring information security and protection of the corporate infrastructure. • Configuration and support of backup and data recovery systems. • Monitoring of IT infrastructure, identification and resolution of technical incidents. • Antivirus protection configuration, software update control. • User support and maintenance of internal IT services. • Maintaining technical documentation and participation in the improvement of IT processes.

Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience as a System Administrator. • Practical experience in administering Windows Server and Active Directory. • Knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). • Understanding of information security principles and corporate data protection. • Experience in setting up backup and data recovery. • Experience with VMware or Hyper-V will be an advantage. • Experience in the banking sector, fintech, or companies with increased information security requirements will be an advantage. • Responsibility, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
