System Administrator / IT & Security Specialist (Middle+/Senior)
Format: Full-time, Tashkent office (5/2, flexible start time)

The company is looking for a System Administrator / IT & Security Specialist to join its IT team to support and develop server infrastructure, ensure system stability, and maintain information security.
Tech Stack: Windows Server • Active Directory • Group Policy • DNS/DHCP • Exchange • LAN/WLAN • Firewalls • Backup & Recovery • IT Security
Key Responsibilities
- Administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and corporate services
- Supporting server, network, and cloud infrastructure
- Configuring DNS, DHCP, Exchange, as well as backup and data recovery systems
- Monitoring infrastructure, analyzing logs, and responding to IT security incidents
- Managing user access, configuring firewalls, and managing antivirus protection
- System updating, vulnerability auditing, and improving infrastructure fault tolerance
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in system administration, IT Infrastructure, or IT Security
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration, AD, GPO, and DNS/DHCP
- Knowledge of server hardware, networking technologies, and data center operations
- Hands-on experience with Backup & Recovery systems, infrastructure monitoring, and security
- Solid understanding of information security principles, access control, and data protection
- Higher education degree in IT or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience working in banking, MFOs, or the FinTech sector
- Familiarity with the information security regulatory requirements of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan
- Experience working with cryptographic protection tools (SKZI), digital signatures (EDS), and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)
