Your Mission:
We are looking for a Middle Workplace Engineer to help develop and support TBC Uzbekistan's corporate IT environment. In this role, you will work with key Microsoft technologies, ensuring the reliable operation of services used by our employees daily.
Your Role in the Team:
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and manage user access.
- Support Microsoft Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and hybrid configurations.
- Work with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file systems.
- Create and manage user accounts, mailboxes, distribution groups, and access policies.
- Monitor infrastructure stability and respond promptly to incidents.
- Install security updates, patches, and maintain the protection of work devices.
- Participate in IT projects: migrations, upgrades, and process automation.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and processes.
- Develop solutions that help automate routine tasks and improve user experience.
Skills Needed to Join Our Team:
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and access management.
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with corporate IT infrastructure and user support solutions.
- Understanding of information security principles and access rights management.
- Skills in diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues.
- Ability to document processes and technical solutions.
Will be a Plus:
- Experience participating in IT process migrations, upgrades, or automation.
