Unify 8 legal entities into a single Workplace model while preserving the regulatory requirements applicable to each.
Your role in the team:

- Define Identity & Access Management standards for the SaaS portfolio: SSO, SCIM, RBAC.
- Lead the automation of employee lifecycle processes — onboarding/offboarding — between IT, HR, and Facilities.
- Participate in the evaluation, selection, procurement, and integration of new SaaS tools; strategically manage the internal technology stack, making build vs. buy decisions.
- Ensure architecture scalability as the number of employees and offices grows, in collaboration with the ITOps team and the infrastructure division.

- Ensure that integrations, access policies, and device management comply with audit and regulatory requirements.
