📢 Three roles are open at Workplace Engineering at TBC Uzbekistan:

• Workplace Lead Strategy and development of the Workplace & Identity area, team management, IAM, SaaS, integrations, workplace infrastructure, and process automation. Responsibilities include scaling the Workplace model across 8 legal entities and working at the intersection of IT, Security, HR, Finance, and Facilities.

• Middle Workplace Engineer Development and support of the corporate Microsoft infrastructure: Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. Responsibilities include IT service stability, access management, participation in migrations and updates, as well as automation of routine processes.

• IAM Engineer Identity and access management: Entra ID, Active Directory, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and access reviews. Responsibilities include the development and automation of IAM processes, provisioning/deprovisioning, integration of corporate systems via SSO/SCIM, and implementation of One Identity.
