Vacancy: Middle+/Senior QA (1C / backend)

Salary range: up to 100k gross under employment contract, up to 160k gross under individual entrepreneur agreement
Key Requirements:
- 1C:Enterprise Testing Experience from 1 year – understanding of architecture, reading code in 1C's built-in language, writing queries, testing documents, registers, exchanges.
- Automation in 1C: mandatory experience with Vanessa-automation (ADD is a plus).
- SQL at a confident level – complex queries, data analysis, database work (experience with Oracle or MS SQL will be an advantage).
- Backend and API: integration testing (REST/SOAP/Kafka), database work at the query level, understanding of backend architecture.
- Kafka: experience in testing integrations via message brokers (mandatory).
- Experience in the investment / banking sector – understanding of business processes (mandatory).
- Testing Theory: test design, writing test cases and documentation, functional testing.
- Personal Qualities: comfortable communication, attentiveness, proactivity, stress resistance, desire to develop in testing.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience as the sole QA on a project.
- Experience with CI/CD, logs (Kibana / equivalents), use of AI in work.
- Understanding of Kafka at the configuration/diagnostics level.
- Experience testing high-load integrations.
What else is important to know:
- 70% of tasks are 1C, 30% are integration / backend testing.
- UI testing is almost not required.
- Strong candidates without deep 1C knowledge but with a good foundation will be considered (secondary priority).
