Hi, we are Lustration Team – a small indie team developing adult games. We are currently looking for a 2D artist to work on a game project in a bright cartoon style 👽 Important: the project contains 18+ content (erotic scenes and similar).

We are considering two collaboration formats: full-time and outsourcing for individual tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and refinement of 2D illustrations for the game project
• Work with characters, story art (CG), game objects, assets, and scenes
• Generation and subsequent artistic cleanup of images created using neural networks
• Correction of anatomy, perspective, composition, light, color, and generation artifacts
• Draw some illustrations by hand
• Adherence to the existing visual style of the project
• Interaction with the Project Manager and other team members

AI is used as part of the artistic pipeline and as an auxiliary tool. The work is not limited to image generation; the artist is required to do full manual refinement.

Requirements:

• Experience as a 2D artist / illustrator at the Middle or Senior level (if you are unsure and don't know which one you are, still send us your application, we will consider it 😌)
• Good understanding of composition, anatomy, perspective, light, color, and stylization
• Proficient in Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, or another professional raster editor
• Ability to draw by hand, not just generate 😈
• Ability to qualitatively refine existing images to a polished game quality, not just create illustrations from scratch
• Practical experience with AI tools for generating and refining images
• Willingness to work with 18+ content

Experience with Invoke AI will be a significant advantage, as the team's main AI pipeline is built on it.

Full-time

• Full-time employment, remote work.
• We work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM MSK

At the current stage, the main task is the finalization of the project's visual part. Further cooperation and work on subsequent team projects are possible by agreement.

Outsourcing We also consider artists who are ready to take on individual tasks. Work according to specific ToRs (Possible individual illustrations, CG, game assets, and manual refinement of AI art tasks). The scope, deadlines, and working conditions will be agreed individually.
