Description
Our team develops a proprietary DBMS based on open source PostgreSQL, with enhanced requirements for the security of stored information, reliability, availability, and ease of maintenance. In addition to the DBMS itself, we develop deployment and product update tools, a graphical DBMS management console, as well as a rich set of various utilities and extensions. The product is Sber's target DBMS and is currently used in more than 500 automated systems, amounting to over 25,000 active installations.
Responsibilities

- elaboration of acceptance criteria, strategy, and test plan for the developed functionality
- analysis of requirements received from the client and functional specifications prepared by the developer
- generation and documentation of test cases
- creation of automated tests using python (unittest)
- conducting reviews of colleagues' test cases and automated test code
- participation in the development of QG (quality gates)
- participation in acceptance tests.
Requirements
Requirements
- experience writing automated tests using python for 3+ years.
- manual testing experience for 3+ years
- knowledge of testing theory
- knowledge of basic linux commands
- experience working with PostgreSQL.
Will be a plus
- knowledge of SQL principles
- experience with Ansible, Jenkins, and Docker
- experience writing bash scripts.
