Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- conduct analysis and verification of (non)functional business/system requirements and mockups
- develop and maintain (non)functional automated tests for WEB and API, improve their stability and speed taking into account a risk-based approach
- develop and maintain tools for generating test data
- control incidents, investigate, cover with automated tests, develop and implement measures to prevent similar defects in the future
- design architecture and develop solutions (strategy, technologies, framework, infrastructure) for automation
- develop and maintain pipelines for running automated tests, ensure a stable and efficient environment for automated tests
- develop and keep test documentation up to date (test scenarios/cases/plan, checklists, testing methodologies, consolidated QA report before release)
- set tasks for expanding and improving service functionality to ensure quality and testing flexibility
- create and prepare stubs on the development environment, improve automated testing tools
- analyze automated test results and log defects
- manual testing of scenarios where automation is not advisable or extremely labor-intensive
- R&D for improving testing processes, searching for new solutions;
- train manual testers in the field of automated testing, serve as the center of expertise for the team on testing and quality issues.
Requirements
Our expectations:
- experience with Playwright - a critical criterion
- experience in developing tests on Java, Javascript or Selenium for 1+ years, knowledge and practical application of OOP, design patterns
- experience with tools (or their analogs) bash, JUnit, RestAssured, SpringBootTest, Jest, Playwright, CodeceptJS, Allure, SQL at the level of writing medium queries, Postman, docker
- knowledge of REST architecture, understanding of HTTP, JSON, XML standards
- experience in creating, maintaining, and developing frameworks for automated testing
- knowledge of automated test design patterns, ability to build a competent automated test architecture
- experience in creating and managing test environments, integrating automated tests into CI/CD processes, packaging tests in docker.
