Description
RTCE (Real Time Correlation Engine) is a product that enables a SOC to solve tasks related to writing cyber threat detection logic with a high degree of accuracy, using simple and convenient tools based on correlation, data enrichment technologies, and advanced analytics.
Responsibilities
Tasks:
- conducting functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing of a client-server web application
- maintaining existing and creating new autotests in the Java language
- developing test documentation (writing checklists, test cases, test plans)
- keeping the test model up to date
- detecting, localizing, registering, and tracking defects in Jira.
Requirements
We expect from the candidate:
- higher education in an IT field
- experience in testing web applications for 1.5 - 2 years: Frontend, Backend, Database
- experience in developing checklists, test cases, test data and models, analyzing logs, and identifying system errors
- understanding of the principles of client-server applications, knowledge of data transfer protocols and formats
- experience working with web service testing tools, devtools
- proficiency in the main libraries and tools for automatic testing (JUnit(Extensions), TestNG(Listeners), Mockito, Selenide/Selenium WebDriver, DevTools protocol, RestAssured/Retrofit
- working with collections, streams, exceptions, annotations, reflection, and multithreading
- experience in writing UI, API autotests in Java
- experience with JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Soap UI, Insomnia, Jenkins, Linux, GIT.
Will be a plus:
- experience in writing and applying test design techniques
- experience working with containers (Docker, Openshift)
- understanding of CI/CD principles
- understanding of the principles of the TCP/IP network model
- knowledge of SQL at the level of writing simple queries, understanding database connections and ACID transactions
- experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka) and stream processors (Apache Flink).
