We already have products, a team, and a data flow. We need a person who can assemble a mature data function from this: architecture, processes, standards, and a team. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Responsibilities: • Manage the data direction and team of analysts • Design and develop analytical architecture • Be responsible for data collection, processing, and storage • Control the quality of data and analytical solutions • Implement standards and approaches to working with data • Interact with product teams, IT, and business stakeholders ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Tasks: • Development and support of project data infrastructure • Optimization of existing pipelines and reporting • Support of business decisions through data • Scaling analytics to support project growth ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Requirements: • From 5 years of experience in data / analytics in a leading role • Experience managing a team of analysts • Proficient SQL • Practical experience with ClickHouse • Experience with PostgreSQL / SQL as data sources • Experience with data orchestration: Airflow / Airbyte / Dagster • Experience with BI: Metabase / Superset / Power BI (Power BI – at a proficient user level) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Will be an advantage: • Experience in digital / affiliate / adtech projects • Understanding of data engineering principles • Experience in automating and scaling analytics • Experience building data platforms from scratch ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Conditions: • Payments in EUR (3,000 – 4,500 €), regular income review • Fully remote, without strict control — result-oriented • Real influence on architecture and processes, opportunities for professional growth • Adequate processes and a dynamic, evolving environment • Training at the company's expense • Corporate English
