Responsibilities: • Organization and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Interaction with service providers and contractors (catering, rent, internet, communication, office supplies, cleaning, etc.). • Procurement of office materials, equipment, and household goods. • Reception and distribution of incoming correspondence, work with courier services. • Maintaining company documentation and archive. • Organizing business trips for employees: booking tickets, hotels, transfers. • Assistance in organizing corporate events, meetings, and negotiations. • Coordination with banks and service organizations on administrative issues. • Support for the onboarding processes of new employees. • Fulfilling administrative assignments from management.
Expectations: • Previous experience as an office manager in an IT company; • Organized, attentive to detail, proactive, ability to multitask; • Russian and English - good command. • Ability to independently resolve many operational and administrative tasks • Proactiveness and sense of responsibility • Good communication skills • Skills in working with documentation, administrative processes, and office coordination
