Tandem TVS LLP was founded in 2001 and is currently one of the leading system integrators in the Republic of Kazakhstan. We provide a full range of services, from developing technical solutions to project implementation, including supply and commissioning, as well as further support and technical assistance. Vacancy Description: Fulfilling user requests and providing technical support for customer server equipment within SLA: diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software failures of x86 servers (HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge, Lenovo ThinkSystem), storage systems, and network equipment. Administration and maintenance of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 OS (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, file and terminal services). Monitoring and configuring backup systems (Veeam Backup & Replication, Acronis Cyber Protect), verifying data recoverability. Monitoring infrastructure status (Zabbix), responding to incidents, escalating to vendors/manufacturers for warranty and service cases. Servicing virtual environments (VMware vSphere / Hyper-V): creating and maintaining virtual machines, snapshots, migrations. Planned maintenance work: updating firmware and software, replacing components, preventive maintenance of equipment in server rooms. Maintaining technical documentation: server passports, diagrams, work logs, reports on requests in the Service Desk system. Experience with x86 server hardware (HPE, Dell, Lenovo): diagnostics, component replacement, working with iLO/iDRAC/XClarity, RAID configuration. Confident Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO). Knowledge of virtualization fundamentals (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup systems (Veeam, Acronis). Understanding of network technologies at the TCP/IP, VLAN level, basic switch configuration. Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix or similar) and ticketing systems (Service Desk). Ability to read technical documentation in English. Responsibility, independence in diagnostics, willingness to travel to customer sites.
